Graham started singing at an early age, being taught by his grandmother Annie. At school he showed an interest in Music and Drama and by the time he was 11 he had performed in various shows for North Lanarkshire Youth Theatre the highlight was playing Seymour in "Little Shop of Horrors"
Both Coatbridge and Motherwell Colleges played a great part in Graham's education gaining both an National Certificate in Theatre Arts and a Higher National Diploma in Musical Theatre.
In 2002 Graham gained a place at The Royal Academy of Music in London, one of the worlds greatest musical conservatoires, where he attained a Post Graduate Diploma in Musical Theatre graduating with Distinction, whilst at RAM he worked with many West End Performers including Michael Ball and Julia MacKenzie.
The culmination of the time at RAM saw Graham taking to the stage as a backing vocalist for Sir Elton John at the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden London.
"Broadway; A Star Spangled Celebration" took Graham way out east, to China infact, on a 6 month whistlestop tour of the big cities, this gave him the chance to sing some of his favourite songs by some of the worlds best known composers including Rodgers and Hammerstein.
A short spell in sunny Portugal in the show "Jazz, Blues and Rock and Roll" led to the high seas and the Luxury of the QE2 the most famous ocean liner in the world where he performed as Lead Vocalist in no less that 5 Production Shows.
Graham found himself at home in 2006 and saw an advertisement for "Any Dream Will Do" a reality TV show to find a new star of "Joseph and the amazing Tecnicolour Dreamcoat" getting to the final 20 was one of his greatest acheivements do date!
Highly sought after as a religious singer at Weddings, Graham continues to juggle the demands of a Performer, Company Director and Full Time Lecturer at Coatbridge College with ease.
